The criteria for searching the Lawyer suitable for your case are as follows:

• The language spoken by the Lawyer. You can choose a Lawyer who speaks your native language;
• The practice area needed to manage your case as well as possible;
• Their Rating and number of Reviews;
• The number of years of professional experience.

From your search results you will then be able to choose the suitable Lawyer, benefiting from an informed choice. It is enough to access the Presentation Page of the selected Lawyer and you will find out relevant information on their professional experience. Reviews written by the Lawyer's clients are also useful. It is important for you to know what the professional experience of other Clients with that Lawyer was.

Partner Lawyers of WOLEP who provide Online Legal Consultations, either Live (video-audio) or by Drafting Legal Documents, are Lawyers who comply with a high standard of legal practice. What you need to do:

Choose a Lawyer. You can choose the Lawyer depending on the Fee charged by the Lawyer, their practice area, Ratings and Reviews received from Clients, depending on the years of professional experience, the foreign language spoken, the professional achievements etc.

Access the "Request the drafting of a legal document" button. In the pop-up window fill in your name, your email address and your phone number. Briefly describe your problem, the type of document you require and then click the "Send" button. You will receive a phone call from the Lawyer who would like to better understand your need and what kind of Legal Document best meets your need.

You will receive by email a "Personalised offer from the Lawyer". This Offer will include: 1. The technical details regarding the Legal Document requested by you; 2. The Fee and 3. The deadline by which the Legal Document you requested will be delivered to you.

Accept the Offer. After accepting the Offer, you can pay the Fee by credit card payment, in a secure system. After the payment of the Fee, the Lawyer is notified of the Fee collection and can start working on drafting the Legal Document you need.

Transmission of documents. Most of the time, the Lawyer needs a series of data or documents from you in order to be able to draft the Legal Document you need. Transmission of these documents must take place through our website. The delivery time of the ordered document runs from the date of the last document sent by you. WOLEP ensures confidentiality of these document transmissions. The documents transmitted by you can only be downloaded from the Lawyer's Account. The Legal Document drafted by the Lawyer can only be downloaded from your Account.

"The document has been drafted" Notification. When the lawyer has finished drafting the Legal Document you ordered, they upload that document to the system, and you will receive an Email Notification. Thus, you will be notified that you may download that document. If you consider that changes or revisions are still needed, you can request it to your Lawyer through the live chat app on your Order page.

Add a Rating and write a Review for the Lawyer. In this way, you will also help other Clients to choose the right Lawyer. The Legal Document drafted by the Lawyer is strictly confidential. WOLEP does not store confidential data and ensures complete privacy in the Lawyer-Client communications.

What you need to do:

Choose a Lawyer. You can choose the Lawyer depending on the fee charged by the Lawyer, their practice area, Ratings and Reviews received from Clients, depending on the years of professional experience, the foreign language spoken, the professional achievements etc.

Order a Consultation. Live Consultations can last 30, 60 or 90 minutes. You may evaluate how much time you need to talk to the Lawyer so that they can answer all of your questions.

You need to create an account on WOLEP website. You will receive Notifications by email regarding the appointment for Consultation and the invoice for this service. To that end, we require your email address.

Make an appointment for a Consultation You are the one who proposes to the Lawyer a date and time for the Consultation to take place. The Lawyer can accept your appointment or can propose another date or time for the Consultation to take place.

The system sends email Notifications. The Lawyer is notified by an email Notification regarding your Order. You will receive an email Notification informing you whether the Lawyer has accepted the appointment or has proposed another date or time. You will also receive other Notifications by email informing you of what you need to do.

Payment of the fee You can pay the Fee with your credit card, in a secure system. The Lawyer is Notified by email that the payment has been made and that at the agreed date and time the Consultation can begin. The Lawyer is not bound to provide the Consultation at the agreed date and time if they don't receive confirmation that payment of the Fee has been made. You should pay the Fee at least 2 hours before the agreed time.

Conducting the Consultation.At the agreed time, the Client or the Lawyer calls through the system. Inside the Order form you will find a button. Once the connection is established and you make sure that the video-audio transmission is working well, the Client and the Lawyer confirm that the time allocated for the Consultation can start running. If your internet connection or other technical impediment prevents you from benefitting from the Consultation through the website, you can benefit from the Consultation from the Lawyer also by phone, Skype, WhatsApp etc.

Add a Rating and write a Review for the Lawyer. In this way, we, WOLEP, will know how to rate the performance of the Lawyer and you will help other Clients to choose the right Lawyer. The conversation between you and the Lawyer is strictly confidential, and we ensure the privacy of your communication.

Build a list of Lawyers who have the practice areas that interest you and good Ratings and Reviews.

Order from these Lawyers Live Consultations or the Drafting of Legal Documents when you need them. These Lawyers will know you, will know your needs and thus will offer you the best advice and the best Legal Documents.

The expenses incurred by you for legal services will be lower because you will only pay the Fees for the Consultations you need.
